First of all, please forgive us for all the trouble that you encounter.
FYI, upgrade process went smooth and already completed on Sunday (18th).
The current downtime that you encounter is related to security patch (not
upgrade) by Ensim. This patch is terrible because sometimes it can stop
server services accidently and we have done with it as well.
Regarding server speed, I guess it happened because a lot of users play
around with their new control panel.
I'll take a look into the load afterward and I'll take necessary actions
to maintain it below 0.1 as before.
