kas yr ES clearance
Toks "Bendrasis leidimas". Procedūra tampa panaši į įsigijimą iš ES šalies - importo PVM neatsiranda (?!)

Question
What applies to EU Clearance?
Answer:
Advantages of EU Clearance
• When the goods are cleared, they can be delivered directly to the delivery address without further customs handling.
• One procedure instead of two. Transitdocument and import clearance are replaced by EU clearance.
• No transit guarantees or additional charges of incomplete transitdocuments.
• The importer avoids advancing national VAT.
The purchase is instead reported through intrastat and the tax system as an intracommunity acquisition. This means freed equity to the importer.
• For the importer, EU Clearance means that it is as easy to deal with a supplier in a non-EU country as with a supplier in an EU country.
